Who am I to proclaim my own greatness? Well... I like to do it every now and again. ^_^ This picture gallery will display a few of my own works. I work mostly with just pencil and paper, nothing fancy. Paints and I rarely agree, though I have been known to use watercolors on occasion, and I've done a few things with colored pencils and pastels that may find their way up here, if I can find them in my room to scan them! I Can See For Miles | Handle With Care These pictures are all absolutely mine. I've taken the pains to draw them and scan them, and I have the originals to prove it. Absolutely no claiming they're yours or using them on you
Here's one of my early favorites... I think I based it on a picture in a magazine, though I naturally can't remember which magazine, or even which horse it is. Well, I suppose it's mine now! ^_^ This, in case you can't tell, is John Lennon. No, he is not my favorite Beatle... but this was actually one of my first attempts at drawing a human, and I'm pretty proud of the outcome! Yes, most of my old pictures are animals. Cats, horses... despite popular opinion, I was actually a fairly normal young girl... I don't know how or why, but I've actually found tigers somewhat easy to draw... :::shrug::: at any rate, tigers are my favorite cats, so it would seem natural that I have at least one tiger here, right? :-) And here is where I begin to become a teenager... :-) After my drawing of John, I'd tried several times to draw George, my favorite Fab, but was very unhappy with the results. I have since taken to drawing people in a more anime style, and the George pic I finally settled on here is somewhere in between a "normal" and an anime style. And finally... this one's got to be one of my absolute favorites. I put the original on the front of my three-ring notebook and the next day, three people said something along the lines of, "Who's that? He's cute!" Ah, my heart soars like a hawk. Here is my anime version of Roger Daltrey. :::grin:::
